I began talking about my book a month or so ago and saying I was open to a core group of 1,000 people who are committed to changing not only their lives, but our world. See, I know the principles in this book work. I’ve taught them many, many times and had hundreds of people exclaim with wonder at the results. I’ve told the truth of how when you apply the principles in A Journey Back To Self to your life old beliefs are replaced with new empowering ones that support your desires.
I’ve explained how you will have a new “world vision” a new way of seeing things which leads to things being different for you. I’ve talked about how you will know yourself to BE different and will then establish relationships with others in a new way. I’ve explained the process of healing the mind, body and soul; how these changes change everything in your life. With this new foundation you overflow with a new energy, one which changes everything you touch.
As a teacher I know the power of restoring balance to your life. I know how it changes how you treat yourself, thus how others treat you. I know these principles work. They’ve worked for me and for many others over the years.

You are the key to change

You want things to change. You want things to be different. Things just simply aren’t the way you want them to be. You’ve talked, posted things on your wall, read book, taken classes; still things are the same. Perhaps you are feeling a bit discouraged that things don’t seem to be moving in a new direction. You might be asking, “what’s going on here”?
The key to things changing is YOU. You are what has to change in order for things to change. You are the projector, the experiences are the movie playing that shows you what you are creating inside. All creations begin in you. Your thoughts, beliefs, expectations, actions are all reflected as experiences. What’s showing up as experience is what you say things are through thinking, feeling, and doing.
In order for things to be different something at the start of the creation process has got to change. You are that something. Start with the thinking. What have you been most focused on the last few days? Go over the thinking part right now. I’m not talking about all the random stuff running through your head all the time, what has the main theme been in the thinking part of creating? Remember the conversations you’ve had the last week. What did you talk about most?
You are in process of discovering your core beliefs. This is the foundation of what you create over and over again. What you believe is what you create. You just don’t create much without believing it possible. Have you thought in terms of dread, worry, anxiety? That’s creative power.
How do you feel most of the time? Your feelings will reveal what you are creating with. Your perception of things shows up in your emotional experience of things. What you say things are, what they mean is revealed by these feelings. Shifting the perception, changing what you say things mean is a powerful way to create something different.
Connect the dots between those thoughts and those feelings, notice how they became experiences. You continued to add thought and feeling, defining what they meant to you and that kept them in play. Change what you say they mean to you and you change the situation. A slight shift of perception has the power to change the energy of the situation, once you shift this you can move on to your next creation. Don’t spend a lot of time trying to change what already is, shift your perception of it and then create something else with the new insight.
Thoughts DO become experiences. Determine your thoughts/ beliefs and you are in line to create what you want more often than what you don’t want. Your beliefs will reveal themselves and you will then be able to shift those slightly as well.

You are among the first to see my book. Woo Hoo, I am so excited. The proof is on the way to me and in a few weeks it will be ready for purchase. This has been a long time coming. I began teaching these lessons for self healing in 1997 and over the years have added to the principles you will now find in the book. I’ve been amazed as people have reported to me what a difference the tools in the book have made in their ability to heal the past, physical pain, emotions and live free.
I am delighted to reveal to you my plans around this book and the powerful life changing message it brings to you. As soon as it’s available for sale I will be offering a one hour FREE teleseminar to all those who purchase the book. This phone call will focus on getting you started on working the self heal lessons contained in the book. After the first free call you will have the option of continuing to work with me in this group coaching setting once a week. You will still have the option of working one on one with me if you like, or being a part of the group coaching activity. The group coaching will be a two hour phone call each week where I can answer your questions and help you work through the healing lessons in the book. I will limit each class to 20 students. The price will be $20.00 per person per coaching session. This gives you opportunity to communicate with me live.

Peace is not weakness. I say that due to the comments many have made to me lately when I mention the importance of being peaceful. Knowing yourself to be peace actually allows you to think more clearly, thus creating new avenues when you are in the midst of a problem. Hurried, rushed, worried thinking only adds more energy to the problem at hand, while being peaceful sets the creative mind free to discover new solutions.
Many think that in order to be creative, to take problems on and find solutions they must be in a hurried energy. If you take time to sit in the silence and know yourself to be peace, you will release the creative mind to show you new ways to think, feel and do. Peace is the first step to problem solving.
Make a point several times a day to be still, to listen within, to know yourself as the energy of peace. From this point of peace let the creativity flow, revealing inventive ways to create what you want to experience. Once you have the experience of Being Peace, create from that. There is no need to rush, to worry; you need only to follow your own creativity.
It’s time now in the midst of the chaos to come back home to who you really are. Remember that you are the power, the very energy of creation itself. Rest in that knowledge, let it saturate every cell. The anger, worry and fear will fall away as you fill up on peace.
As you experience the power of peace you will not be tempted to go back to anxiety. The energy you use to create a situation is always the energy of the finished experience. Line up your energy with the energy you wish to experience. Create with that.

I got tickled when reading the responses to an invite on Facebook recently. A seminar was taking place and believe it or not… they were actually CHARGING for it. LOL As I read through the responses I had to laugh at the comments. Seems many folks feel that spiritual teaching should all be done for free.
I wonder if these people realize that spiritual teachers pay the same utility expenses, buy groceries with money, and perhaps even have children who enjoy wearing clothes and living in a home? These guys and gals who think it should be free are the same ones who struggle with money issues. They can’t understand why prosperity seems always just a few more steps away. Do you get it? Do you see the thinking, the energy that creates the reality?
As a teacher and a coach I give away lots of time, lots of information. I also have a child and those monthly expenses, so I understand charging for good and services. My electric company will not accept a few coaching sessions in exchange for my electricity charges, nor will the local market where I shop for food take jewelry or a healing session for groceries.
I do understand some people are having a challenge right now with money, this is why I offer coaching for a donation of your choice now and again. The reason I don’t do it for free? Simple, if you want to experience abundance you want to line up with abundance. Do you understand what I’m saying here? On several levels this Facebook experience is showing us things about ourselves. I noticed in the responses that those who just jumped right in and paid for the tickets were happy, joy filled, excited and experiencing abundance in their lives. Do you see the connection? It’s not just about whether or not spiritual teachers should charge or whether or not you should pay for the time and energy someone invests in walking in the wisdom; it’s that and whether or not you really want to experience abundance.
I’ve noticed time and again that the relationship people have with money, with prosperity, shows up in their talking. Those who fuss about “having to pay for something” are generally the ones who don’t experience much money or joy in life. Prosperity is a challenge for them. They don’t seem to realize that a stingy attitude brings about stingy results. Remember, your thinking/feeling is the energy you are creating with and the energy you create with is always the energy of the creation. So if you build with lack, fear, resentment, guess what shows up? Stuff that represents lack, fear and resentment.
I remember a story of an old and wise Native American Medicine Man who received yet another pouch of tobacco as payment for his services. When asked if this was a good exchange the medicine man replied that the electric company didn’t take tobacco.
Let us today realize a few things.
1. People who teach, coach and offer healing services have the same expenses as everyone else.
2. The energy you create with is the energy of the creation. In other words what you feel during the creation process is going to be the feeling of what you end up with.
3. In order to experience yourself in abundance, you need to experience yourself as abundance.
4. Energy affects energy and money is energy. Exchange it freely with great joy and delight. This opens you up to experience even more of it.
I’d like to remind you that giving is the quickest and easiest way of getting. It throws open the flood gates of abundance in your life. Give with delight, give freely with a joyful heart. Exchange money for all those things you enjoy and watch how abundance shows up in greater quantities.
Teachers, healers, authors, spend time and energy in the “Silence” to bring you messages. This has value. Honor that. Watch your life change as you change your attitude about things.
Whether you call it the law of attraction or creative principle, what you think, feel and do creates more of itself. In it’s likeness it brings forth more of itself. Get that and everything in your life will change.

Turning Challenges into Opportunities

Right now many people are really concerned with the problems they face and that the nation is facing. Unemployment, wars, rumors of more war, wall street playing a money game; it seems almost overwhelming sometimes. It’s really about how we look at and think about these challenges that determines how we feel about them. If you think worrying pays your bills you will keep on worrying and having plenty to worry about. That’s the way the law of attraction working on your behalf all the time plays out.
What you give your attention to with strong feelings get turned into stuff for you to interact with. The real key is in seeing what’s going on then looking for the answers to those very problems within the problem itself. You know that you don’t enjoy being broke, you don’t enjoy worrying about money either. So what is the answer? The answer is hidden in plain sight. You want to experience yourself as prosperous. Now just how do you do that when you don’t have the money to pay your bills?
Reach for the answers hidden in the problem. Start by shifting your thinking pattern. Look around you at all the abundance you are experiencing. Pay attention to that and the feeling of it. Now you are ready to begin putting some thoughts, feelings and actions into use. How can you do something differently than what you’ve done so far? Be creative, let inspiration guide you. What’s that one thing you’ve been thinking about and wishing you could do? Now is the time to give it a whirl.
When you start looking for the answer to the problem within the problem, seeing the opportunities for doing it differently, being different, it gets fun. You are now ready to take some risks, to reach for the stars, to follow those dreams. I heard about a young man who was thought to be the one to win a major race. During the race he injured his leg. As other runners passed him he slowly got to his feel and began hobbling towards the finish line. His father came to help him stand up. When at last the finish line was in sight his father release him and the young man hobbled across the finish line to a standing ovation from the watching crowd.
Sometimes it’s just about going on, moving towards the goals and dreams. Obstacles don’t mean the end of the journey, sometimes they are just the opportunity to do it differently and still cross the goal.
You are the power of change within your own life. Don’t stop. Don’t give up. Keep moving towards those goals, you will achieve them.

For some folks fear paralyzes them and crosses their eyes. It’s what keeps them from getting out of the rut and doing what they really want to do. What about you? What role does fear play in your life? Is there a way to learn from what you fear?
Fear serves you well in some cases, it heightens your senses and makes you more aware of your environment. This is good, it works on your behalf to get you out of the way of a rock rolling towards you. Fear also can bring you to a new understanding of what you really want in your life.
Take a few moments and think about what you are afraid of. What message does the fear offer you as a gift? There’s always a gift. Shift your perspective just a bit and look at the present situation with fresh eyes. If you are afraid of job loss, relationships ending, not having enough money, take a new look at what these fears are telling you about you.
What you are most afraid of is linked to a belief that you can shift. These belief programs are within the subconscious running all the time, that’s why the thirty minutes of positive self talk doesn’t bring about much change. Look to these beliefs. Discover the role they play in creating the experiences you encounter daily.
Those situations you feel most fearful about also bring you into awareness of options. Let’s say you are unemployed right now. Fear of poverty may be popping up. Take a different look at the situation. What have you always wanted to do and put off because you had a job that took most of your time? This is really an opportunity to live that dream.
Do you know that millionaires were made last year? That’s right, even with a “repressed” economy, many people became millionaires. They didn’t see a problem and stop, they saw the problem and looked for the new opportunities to create something different. The only limits are the ones you believe are in place for you and your life. Look at things differently and those situations take on a new energy.
Problems are actually a road sign reminding you that there are always options, choices, for new directions, new creations. Fear is like that too. It shows you another side to the story, revealing your power to shift the energy through thought, feelings and actions to create something new.

Why you keep getting what you don’t want

Do you wonder why you are not getting more of what you do want and less of what is unwanted? The answer is really simple. What you Really Believe is what is doing the creating for you. The beliefs running in your subconscious mind are the manufacturing plant always working to bring into form what you really say things are.
You determined a long time ago what your relationship to things, people and circumstances was. You no longer think through experiences, you simply react. Actually 90 to 95 percent of all your decisions are made automatically for you by the programs in the subconscious. Because you have already decided what things mean how you feel is also decided. This is the energy that creates the physical form referred to as “reality”.
How do you change this you ask. By working through the subconscious. Just putting up pictures of what you want, saying some affirmations isn’t working for you as you would like is it? Recently a lady told me that she had taken down her vision board because after a year and a half she realized it “just wasn’t working for her”. She then stated that she was content where she was and there wasn’t anything else that she really wanted. As I pointed that out to her, she finished by stating, “I like being content”.
She didn’t realize that the conflicting messages were the problem, not the law of attraction. If indeed you are running a background program that has already decided what things are, what they mean, and how they work; a few pictures and good feeling words will not have the energy to override the true beliefs.
The problem isn’t with the law of attraction. It’s always working on your behalf to bring about what you most strongly say is so. When there is contrast it’s not the Universal Energy showing you what you don’t want so you will get clear about what’s wanted. What shows up is always what you are believing for.. plain and simple.
Changing the program running in the subconscious is simple and easy to do. Let me help you walk through the steps to transformation.

What you say it is it is, fear or love

It’s all about perspective.. what you say things are, they are. The value you give things is the value they have for you. What you say is true, is true, for you and everyone who agrees. That’s exciting news. What it means is that at any time you can change what is for something else just by making another choice, adding a new value, a new meaning.
Some of the “hardest” experiences can be shifted in a flash of an eye by simply changing their value, their meaning, to you. Challenges can be either hard bumps in the road or a jumping off place for new direction, an inspired way to do something else, or to change how you are doing what’s already in play.
You are never stuck in a creation, nothing is cemented in place. You always have the power to shift gears and do something else. One of the easiest ways to change things in an instant is to simply change what you say things are. A hard place softens when you shift your perspective of what it means. Rather than being something painful, it can at once, become an aha moment, moving you forward to the next step of bringing your dream into form.
Think about Edison and all the times he didn’t get the light bulb to work out the way he wanted, thousands of times. He didn’t stop, he didn’t give up, each “failure” provided insight into what to do next. He knew what didn’t work so there was no reason to repeat that. How he saw failure in inspiring as it reminds you to just do something differently.
Every possibility is waiting for your command to unfold exactly as you say it is. Have fun with the process of changing perspective. Feel your way through and discover what you really do want things to mean in your life. The meaning you give them is the way they shift to accommodate your perspective.
A fearful event takes on a whole new meaning when you change the meaning of the event. Simply moving your thoughts and feelings, the depth of what you say is over to something else shifts the energy. Now create from the new meaning. No need to get stuck in something you are not enjoying. Decide what it means, the message it offers you and create from that new insight.
You are the power of the law of attraction, it’s not separate from you. You don’t have to line up with it, or learn how to use it. It’s always working, you are always creating according to creative principles. It’s how we set things up. You knew you’d have fun with this process.. so go ahead.. change the meaning.. change the energy.

Stop holding back who you are, what you think, what you know. You have a message for the world that is best delivered through openly being yourself. So what not everyone will hear, understand or appreciate your message. Those who want the message you bring will hear you, they will appreciate that you are loving enough to share it with them.
Perhaps you’ve tried Being Yourself before and people have made fun of you, criticized you, come against you. These folks were good friends, they were there to remind you to always be true to your message, that’s it important. Great people throughout history have been criticized, persecuted for the truth they brought mankind, yet those very people and their truths are shared all over the world today.
You have a great message. Your life is that message, not just your words. The truth that you’ve come to share through the living of it. You have a new way of seeing things, new options to point out to yourself and others. This is important.
Don’t let fear stand in your way any longer. You and your message are important. You and your message are needed today. Many are feeling fearful, lost, and want a message of hope. You have that message.
You bear a new idea, a new way of seeing things, of doing things. You bring hope. You bring courage. You bring inspiration.
Don’t hold it back from the world. We are all waiting for you to share. We are watching to see how much joy you embrace, how you celebrate your life, this reminds us that we too can do these things.
You and your message are important. You and your message are needed right now.

Learning something new you expanding your horizons « Secret Design Creations
One of my absolute joys is a human being, is to learn something new and expand my own horizons. Each time all our new skill whether it be a Computer skill, playing a new game, or stretching myself with a new physical activity, it absolutely thrills me.
Recent research has shown that learning something new you helps you to retain mental cognizance and stay more youthful. Another added benefit is helping you to express more and more of who you really are. Life is always on the path of expanding and experiencing itself more fully and completely. As we work in conjunction with life to expand and grow, allowing ourselves to enjoin more and more of our own creative powers and physical strength spiritual awakening happens more rapidly.
In today’s rapidly changing times it is essential that we stretched out beyond our ordinary activities and think new thoughts, expand our emotional base, and increase are intuitive understanding of who and why we really are. Only by doing the us will we continue to coke reunite with life itself in such a way that the highest good of all mankind, indeed all creation will be enhanced in benefited.
Doing simple things like developing a new athletic skill, reading books in a different genre a than you were accustomed to, and having discussions with people with differing views will help you to grow spiritually, emotionally, and physically. Doing something different, or at least doing everyday things differently expand your horizons and open you up to greater possibilities of discovery. Personal discovery is a joyful process whereby you understand more and more of the I Am presence which indeed is your true expression. With each new discovery of just how powerful you are as a creator you will find yourself moving more easily into experiences and relationships in line with your newfound understanding of self.
Reaching out to do something different gets the creative energy flowing so that you more easily embrace change, you see it as a friend not a foe. Changing by choice becomes joyful and exciting, opening the way for more and more creations that bear that energy.

Whether you believe that outside forces are working for you or against you; you are 100% correct! You are just as free as bound as you believe yourself to be.
This Spirit Message is about oppression and your relationship to it. We’ve all had moments when we felt that the outside was pressing in on us or that things just were not working in our favor. But many people actually believe that because of their gender, their race, who their parents are etc, that they just can not succeed in life.
This belief is the creative material that life is built with. It’s the energy used to bring about conditions, opportunities and hardships with. It’s not any more true than you believe it to be, but it’s a power that is always at work in your life.
Realizing that you are as free as you believe will bring about experiences that are equal to the belief. Change the belief to one of freedom and opportunities being based on your thoughts and actions and your life opens up to a new direction.
This is how people born in poverty, sickness or abuse are able to move forward and create wonderful lives for themselves. They realize that they are as able, capable, talented, free, as they see themselves as being.
Let go of the beliefs that limits and set your sites on freedom. Beliefs can be changed, it’s a little effort but well worth the prize of an empowered life.
