Do you Google for information? Google is a thing, not actually a grammatical verb. However, even though it’s not grammatically correct, it’s energetically correct. It’s all a verb. It’s all energy and energy affects energy. Thoughts are a verb, feelings are another verb. I’m not actually trying to teach a new style of grammar just pointing out something awesome. Everything is energy and everything whether it be a thought, feeling or action, shifts the energy about. Remember cause and affect, action and reaction?
Each thought brings about a shift in molecules which causes change. Those feelings you are experiencing are also creating changes in molecules bring changes with them. You see whether you are thinking, feeling or doing; you are the originator of change. What you change affects others and the planet, the universe. That’s awesome isn’t it? It also brings a new awareness of the responsibility you have to create on purpose taking into account the highest good of all. That’s even more awesome.
Take not of the action you are setting in gear. What cause and affect are you moving into play? Is it what you want? Is it what you want to create for yourself, your family, the whole world? That’s how it works. You, along with everyone else on the planet, are setting energy into motion where it expands creating more in it’s own image. When you understand this principle of creation your thoughts and feelings have more meaning to you. You understand the awesome power you are setting into motion and realize as well that everyone on the planet is affected by what you think, feel and do. You are always changing things, setting energy into motion where it expands and creates more like itself. This is how you create. It’s how it’s set up to work.
This cause and affect of energy is why you keep getting what you don’t want. You keep setting the same thoughts and feelings into action where the only thing they can do is create in their own image more like unto the original energy. The reason we have so much poverty is our attention to poverty. We talk about it, think it, feel it into more forms. It expands creating more of itself. The same process works for abundance. Thinking, feeling, being prosperous brings about more prosperity. We get to decide, you get to decide what energy to set free and expand. You create with those thoughts, feelings and actions. You are creating your own experiences and influencing, affecting, others at the same time.
Your thoughts and feelings are linked to your beliefs of who you are, how the world is and how others are. Your beliefs are the jumping off point, the start of your creating process. Beliefs that money is hard to get, that the world is not supportive of you, that life is hard, create just that. Trying to change the energy you set into motion with the conscious mind is not very affective as you will always create with your unconscious, those beliefs you hold about who you are and how the world is towards you. Changing out outdated beliefs is the key to changing what you are creating, how you are influencing the world.
Rather than spending time staring at a vision board look within yourself and locate your beliefs. It’s easy to discover what you believe as it shows up constantly in your experience. Take you life experience and look at it. What are the common threads, those experiences that you have over and over again even though you know they’re not what you want? Those are backed by and created through your beliefs which give way to thoughts, lead to feelings which cause molecules to be activated resulting in stuff and experiences.
Go back to the root of your beliefs, allow yourself to see where they got started. Experience the first feelings associated with the beliefs and then heal that first cause. Let it go. Cry it out, feel the emotions that were the root of this belief’s start. As you move through the feeling of the first experience, the conversation, the judgment that led to the belief you can heal it and let it go. Now you are ready to install a new program for creating based on your freedom, your power and your desire to experience something new.

If you keep going without any changes you will end up where you are headed right now. Is that where you really want to go? Is it what you really want to experience? If you keep thinking what you’re thinking, feeling those same feeling, making the same choices based on the same energy you will end up with exactly what you are creating. In order to get somewhere different, to experience something different, something must change. You are what must change. Your thinking, feeling, doing; is what’s bringing it all into form.
What energy are you making your decisions with now? Fear? Worry? Anger? Resentment? Joy? Love? Excitement?
It really matters if you want to experience something else, something new. Most are stuck in a rut carved out by the same beliefs, the same thoughts, the same feelings and yes, the same actions. That’s why nothing much changes. In order for things to change… well… things gotta change.
When you identify the thoughts, those pesky beliefs that you keep creating the same things over and over with and replace them with thoughts and beliefs that are in line with what you really want to experience you will begin to notice a shift in the way things line up in your life. Notice how opportunities to make difference choices present themselves. With the new opportunities be awake to what you are thinking and feeling, that’s how you make a different choice. It’s easy to go back to your old style so be alert. If you’ve dealt with beliefs that limit and replaced them with new empowering ones the choices will feel easier to make.
Changing directions doesn’t have to be hard. Get caught up in the excitement of creating something new, connect with the feelings of having this new life. Let that energy direct and encourage you to move forward in a new direction. Getting out of your comfort zone opens you up to a whole new world of experiences and opportunities. Run with them and let the celebration begin.
Be honest with what you feel, trace it backwards till you discover where it’s coming from. Now you can let it go and keep moving forward. Practice this process of change and watch how your life changes.

Being the something different in your life

You know you want your life to be different. Perhaps it’s your relationship you want to change. Maybe your job or co workers that you feel would be better different. It could be your relationship with money that you really desire to be different. You’ve identified what you want. You’ve seen what’s not how you like it, and now you’ve spent some time thinking and feeling about a new reality, one that suits you much better.
What next?
Everything outside you is showing you exactly what you think into form. Your beliefs are showing up as experiences, situations and stuff. When you grab hold of this truth and own it, you are ready for things to change. Realizing that you are the creator of your life is exhilarating as you understand that if you created all that unwanted stuff, you have to power to create something else. The question is will you make the inner changes necessary to bring about real change that shows up in the world?
Perhaps you’ve come to the juncture in your life that you know you are tired of being poor, broke, not having enough money to do what you really want to interact with. You even get that you are the creator of your experiences. You’ve taken steps to create vision boards with all the stuff you want in your life. You spend time each day feeling good about what you want.
Where is the money? Where’s the stuff?
The real question is “where is the change”? Have YOU changed? It’s not enough to put up vision boards, to spend 15 minutes a day feeling good about what you want. The quicker road is to change YOU. Since you are the Creator of your experiences, creating through the energy of thought, experience, strong feeling, i.e., beliefs.. it makes sense that this is where real change takes place in order for the outside situations to be different.
Reverse engineer your beliefs about money, love, relationships. Whatever you are wanting to be different start there with your beliefs. Just as you can’t build a brick home using only wood as your building material, you can’t build financial success with beliefs that money is bad, hard to come by and hard to keep.
When you trace your beliefs back to their beginning you will discover that they didn’t start with you. Someone offered them to you as the way things were and over time you just accepted them and have been creating with them ever since. Now is the perfect time to upgrade them to beliefs that serve you better.
As you go through this process you will change what really must be changed in order for things to change… YOURSELF!

I began talking about my book a month or so ago and saying I was open to a core group of 1,000 people who are committed to changing not only their lives, but our world. See, I know the principles in this book work. I’ve taught them many, many times and had hundreds of people exclaim with wonder at the results. I’ve told the truth of how when you apply the principles in A Journey Back To Self to your life old beliefs are replaced with new empowering ones that support your desires.
I’ve explained how you will have a new “world vision” a new way of seeing things which leads to things being different for you. I’ve talked about how you will know yourself to BE different and will then establish relationships with others in a new way. I’ve explained the process of healing the mind, body and soul; how these changes change everything in your life. With this new foundation you overflow with a new energy, one which changes everything you touch.
As a teacher I know the power of restoring balance to your life. I know how it changes how you treat yourself, thus how others treat you. I know these principles work. They’ve worked for me and for many others over the years.

You are the key to change

You want things to change. You want things to be different. Things just simply aren’t the way you want them to be. You’ve talked, posted things on your wall, read book, taken classes; still things are the same. Perhaps you are feeling a bit discouraged that things don’t seem to be moving in a new direction. You might be asking, “what’s going on here”?
The key to things changing is YOU. You are what has to change in order for things to change. You are the projector, the experiences are the movie playing that shows you what you are creating inside. All creations begin in you. Your thoughts, beliefs, expectations, actions are all reflected as experiences. What’s showing up as experience is what you say things are through thinking, feeling, and doing.
In order for things to be different something at the start of the creation process has got to change. You are that something. Start with the thinking. What have you been most focused on the last few days? Go over the thinking part right now. I’m not talking about all the random stuff running through your head all the time, what has the main theme been in the thinking part of creating? Remember the conversations you’ve had the last week. What did you talk about most?
You are in process of discovering your core beliefs. This is the foundation of what you create over and over again. What you believe is what you create. You just don’t create much without believing it possible. Have you thought in terms of dread, worry, anxiety? That’s creative power.
How do you feel most of the time? Your feelings will reveal what you are creating with. Your perception of things shows up in your emotional experience of things. What you say things are, what they mean is revealed by these feelings. Shifting the perception, changing what you say things mean is a powerful way to create something different.
Connect the dots between those thoughts and those feelings, notice how they became experiences. You continued to add thought and feeling, defining what they meant to you and that kept them in play. Change what you say they mean to you and you change the situation. A slight shift of perception has the power to change the energy of the situation, once you shift this you can move on to your next creation. Don’t spend a lot of time trying to change what already is, shift your perception of it and then create something else with the new insight.
Thoughts DO become experiences. Determine your thoughts/ beliefs and you are in line to create what you want more often than what you don’t want. Your beliefs will reveal themselves and you will then be able to shift those slightly as well.

You are among the first to see my book. Woo Hoo, I am so excited. The proof is on the way to me and in a few weeks it will be ready for purchase. This has been a long time coming. I began teaching these lessons for self healing in 1997 and over the years have added to the principles you will now find in the book. I’ve been amazed as people have reported to me what a difference the tools in the book have made in their ability to heal the past, physical pain, emotions and live free.
I am delighted to reveal to you my plans around this book and the powerful life changing message it brings to you. As soon as it’s available for sale I will be offering a one hour FREE teleseminar to all those who purchase the book. This phone call will focus on getting you started on working the self heal lessons contained in the book. After the first free call you will have the option of continuing to work with me in this group coaching setting once a week. You will still have the option of working one on one with me if you like, or being a part of the group coaching activity. The group coaching will be a two hour phone call each week where I can answer your questions and help you work through the healing lessons in the book. I will limit each class to 20 students. The price will be $20.00 per person per coaching session. This gives you opportunity to communicate with me live.

Peace is not weakness. I say that due to the comments many have made to me lately when I mention the importance of being peaceful. Knowing yourself to be peace actually allows you to think more clearly, thus creating new avenues when you are in the midst of a problem. Hurried, rushed, worried thinking only adds more energy to the problem at hand, while being peaceful sets the creative mind free to discover new solutions.
Many think that in order to be creative, to take problems on and find solutions they must be in a hurried energy. If you take time to sit in the silence and know yourself to be peace, you will release the creative mind to show you new ways to think, feel and do. Peace is the first step to problem solving.
Make a point several times a day to be still, to listen within, to know yourself as the energy of peace. From this point of peace let the creativity flow, revealing inventive ways to create what you want to experience. Once you have the experience of Being Peace, create from that. There is no need to rush, to worry; you need only to follow your own creativity.
It’s time now in the midst of the chaos to come back home to who you really are. Remember that you are the power, the very energy of creation itself. Rest in that knowledge, let it saturate every cell. The anger, worry and fear will fall away as you fill up on peace.
As you experience the power of peace you will not be tempted to go back to anxiety. The energy you use to create a situation is always the energy of the finished experience. Line up your energy with the energy you wish to experience. Create with that.
