You know you want your life to be different. Perhaps it’s your relationship you want to change. Maybe your job or co workers that you feel would be better different. It could be your relationship with money that you really desire to be different. You’ve identified what you want. You’ve seen what’s not how you like it, and now you’ve spent some time thinking and feeling about a new reality, one that suits you much better.

What next?

Everything outside you is showing you exactly what you think into form. Your beliefs are showing up as experiences, situations and stuff. When you grab hold of this truth and own it, you are ready for things to change. Realizing that you are the creator of your life is exhilarating as you understand that if you created all that unwanted stuff, you have to power to create something else. The question is will you make the inner changes necessary to bring about real change that shows up in the world?

Perhaps you’ve come to the juncture in your life that you know you are tired of being poor, broke, not having enough money to do what you really want to interact with. You even get that you are the creator of your experiences. You’ve taken steps to create vision boards with all the stuff you want in your life. You spend time each day feeling good about what you want.

Where is the money? Where’s the stuff?

The real question is “where is the change”? Have YOU changed? It’s not enough to put up vision boards, to spend 15 minutes a day feeling good about what you want. The quicker road is to change YOU. Since you are the Creator of your experiences, creating through the energy of thought, experience, strong feeling, i.e., beliefs.. it makes sense that this is where real change takes place in order for the outside situations to be different.

Reverse engineer your beliefs about money, love, relationships. Whatever you are wanting to be different start there with your beliefs. Just as you can’t build a brick home using only wood as your building material, you can’t build financial success with beliefs that money is bad, hard to come by and hard to keep.

When you trace your beliefs back to their beginning you will discover that they didn’t start with you. Someone offered them to you as the way things were and over time you just accepted them and have been creating with them ever since. Now is the perfect time to upgrade them to beliefs that serve you better.

As you go through this process you will change what really must be changed in order for things to change… YOURSELF!

You are the key to change

You want things to change. You want things to be different. Things just simply aren’t the way you want them to be. You’ve talked, posted things on your wall, read book, taken classes; still things are the same. Perhaps you are feeling a bit discouraged that things don’t seem to be moving in a new direction. You might be asking, “what’s going on here”?

The key to things changing is YOU. You are what has to change in order for things to change. You are the projector, the experiences are the movie playing that shows you what you are creating inside. All creations begin in you. Your thoughts, beliefs, expectations, actions are all reflected as experiences. What’s showing up as experience is what you say things are through thinking, feeling, and doing.

In order for things to be different something at the start of the creation process has got to change. You are that something. Start with the thinking. What have you been most focused on the last few days? Go over the thinking part right now. I’m not talking about all the random stuff running through your head all the time, what has the main theme been in the thinking part of creating? Remember the conversations you’ve had the last week. What did you talk about most?

You are in process of discovering your core beliefs. This is the foundation of what you create over and over again. What you believe is what you create. You just don’t create much without believing it possible. Have you thought in terms of dread, worry, anxiety? That’s creative power.

How do you feel most of the time? Your feelings will reveal what you are creating with. Your perception of things shows up in your emotional experience of things. What you say things are, what they mean is revealed by these feelings. Shifting the perception, changing what you say things mean is a powerful way to create something different.

Connect the dots between those thoughts and those feelings, notice how they became experiences. You continued to add thought and feeling, defining what they meant to you and that kept them in play. Change what you say they mean to you and you change the situation. A slight shift of perception has the power to change the energy of the situation, once you shift this you can move on to your next creation. Don’t spend a lot of time trying to change what already is, shift your perception of it and then create something else with the new insight.

Thoughts DO become experiences. Determine your thoughts/ beliefs and you are in line to create what you want more often than what you don’t want. Your beliefs will reveal themselves and you will then be able to shift those slightly as well.

You are among the first to see my book. Woo Hoo, I am so excited. The proof is on the way to me and in a few weeks it will be ready for purchase. This has been a long time coming. I began teaching these lessons for self healing in 1997 and over the years have added to the principles you will now find in the book. I’ve been amazed as people have reported to me what a difference the tools in the book have made in their ability to heal the past, physical pain, emotions and live free.

I am delighted to reveal to you my plans around this book and the powerful life changing message it brings to you. As soon as it’s available for sale I will be offering a one hour FREE teleseminar to all those who purchase the book. This phone call will focus on getting you started on working the self heal lessons contained in the book. After the first free call you will have the option of continuing to work with me in this group coaching setting once a week. You will still have the option of working one on one with me if you like, or being a part of the group coaching activity. The group coaching will be a two hour phone call each week where I can answer your questions and help you work through the healing lessons in the book. I will limit each class to 20 students. The price will be $20.00 per person per coaching session. This gives you opportunity to communicate with me live.

Peace is not weakness. I say that due to the comments many have made to me lately when I mention the importance of being peaceful. Knowing yourself to be peace actually allows you to think more clearly, thus creating new avenues when you are in the midst of a problem. Hurried, rushed, worried thinking only adds more energy to the problem at hand, while being peaceful sets the creative mind free to discover new solutions.

Many think that in order to be creative, to take problems on and find solutions they must be in a hurried energy. If you take time to sit in the silence and know yourself to be peace, you will release the creative mind to show you new ways to think, feel and do. Peace is the first step to problem solving.

Make a point several times a day to be still, to listen within, to know yourself as the energy of peace. From this point of peace let the creativity flow, revealing inventive ways to create what you want to experience. Once you have the experience of Being Peace, create from that. There is no need to rush, to worry; you need only to follow your own creativity.

It’s time now in the midst of the chaos to come back home to who you really are. Remember that you are the power, the very energy of creation itself. Rest in that knowledge, let it saturate every cell. The anger, worry and fear will fall away as you fill up on peace.

As you experience the power of peace you will not be tempted to go back to anxiety. The energy you use to create a situation is always the energy of the finished experience. Line up your energy with the energy you wish to experience. Create with that.

I got tickled when reading the responses to an invite on Facebook recently. A seminar was taking place and believe it or not… they were actually CHARGING for it. LOL As I read through the responses I had to laugh at the comments. Seems many folks feel that spiritual teaching should all be done for free.

I wonder if these people realize that spiritual teachers pay the same utility expenses, buy groceries with money, and perhaps even have children who enjoy wearing clothes and living in a home? These guys and gals who think it should be free are the same ones who struggle with money issues. They can’t understand why prosperity seems always just a few more steps away. Do you get it? Do you see the thinking, the energy that creates the reality?

As a teacher and a coach I give away lots of time, lots of information. I also have a child and those monthly expenses, so I understand charging for good and services. My electric company will not accept a few coaching sessions in exchange for my electricity charges, nor will the local market where I shop for food take jewelry or a healing session for groceries.

I do understand some people are having a challenge right now with money, this is why I offer coaching for a donation of your choice now and again. The reason I don’t do it for free? Simple, if you want to experience abundance you want to line up with abundance. Do you understand what I’m saying here? On several levels this Facebook experience is showing us things about ourselves. I noticed in the responses that those who just jumped right in and paid for the tickets were happy, joy filled, excited and experiencing abundance in their lives. Do you see the connection? It’s not just about whether or not spiritual teachers should charge or whether or not you should pay for the time and energy someone invests in walking in the wisdom; it’s that and whether or not you really want to experience abundance.

I’ve noticed time and again that the relationship people have with money, with prosperity, shows up in their talking. Those who fuss about “having to pay for something” are generally the ones who don’t experience much money or joy in life. Prosperity is a challenge for them. They don’t seem to realize that a stingy attitude brings about stingy results. Remember, your thinking/feeling is the energy you are creating with and the energy you create with is always the energy of the creation. So if you build with lack, fear, resentment, guess what shows up? Stuff that represents lack, fear and resentment.

I remember a story of an old and wise Native American Medicine Man who received yet another pouch of tobacco as payment for his services. When asked if this was a good exchange the medicine man replied that the electric company didn’t take tobacco.

Let us today realize a few things.

1. People who teach, coach and offer healing services have the same expenses as everyone else.

2. The energy you create with is the energy of the creation. In other words what you feel during the creation process is going to be the feeling of what you end up with.

3. In order to experience yourself in abundance, you need to experience yourself as abundance.

4. Energy affects energy and money is energy. Exchange it freely with great joy and delight. This opens you up to experience even more of it.

I’d like to remind you that giving is the quickest and easiest way of getting. It throws open the flood gates of abundance in your life. Give with delight, give freely with a joyful heart. Exchange money for all those things you enjoy and watch how abundance shows up in greater quantities.

Teachers, healers, authors, spend time and energy in the “Silence” to bring you messages. This has value. Honor that. Watch your life change as you change your attitude about things.

Whether you call it the law of attraction or creative principle, what you think, feel and do creates more of itself. In it’s likeness it brings forth more of itself. Get that and everything in your life will change.
