Ease Heal Pain, Restore Balance

These are lithium quartz crystals that I dug several years ago.

They are very powerful for easing physical pain in the body and emotions.

Wash crystal with cold running water, clearing it.  Hold it in your hand and see yourself pain free and happy.  Breathe this intention into the crystal and place in fresh, clear water.  A glass bottle is best, plastic will work, just make sure it's very clean, no paper wrappers, etc.

Let the bottle with the crystal in it sit for at least 24 hours in a window.  Sun and moon charging takes place activating the extreme energy of the crystal.

Refrigerate water and drink no more than 1/4 cup to start.  One client didn't listen and drank a whole cup, sleeping for 18 hours straight afterward.  Don't drive, etc after drinking.

You’ve read the books about the law of attraction, probably seen all the movies too. You might have even hired a coach, taken classes, attended seminars so that you could discover the “secret” to how to get rich, how to live happy, find love, and be healthy.

I’m going to reveal to you proof that the law of attraction works so that you will absolutely KNOW that it’s so and can begin at once to change your life.

Let me tell you a little story about the principles of LIFE, the law of attraction, creative principles.

A few months ago I decided I wanted to have guppies in my really large tank.  I’d had them a while back and really enjoyed watching them swim back and forth, it was soothing to my soul.

I went out to three different stores and purchased a total two dozen different colored guppies.  I placed them in my tank where they began to die the next day.  I went back to the store and bought another half dozen.  These too began to die.  I tested my water and all was fine.  I couldn’t get why the fish were not doing what fish should do.. live and reproduce.

I was down to one adult male, one adult female and a young female.  The adult female was pregnant when I decided to experiement a bit.  I didn’t want to drive all the way back into town for more fish as I live in the middle of a field and a trip to town takes the better part of the day.

I began “seeing”’ the tank full of fish, many colors all happily swimming back and forth.  A friend who had two very large gold fish and wanted me to take them asked every few days, “are those guppies dead yet”? 

I just laughed and said, “nope, I’m seeing an increase of fish”.

Time passed and there were a few dozen tiny little guppies swimming in the bottom of the tank. Soon the mama was pregnant with fish again and the young female was old enough to have babies too.

Another month passed and even more fish swam around the bottom of the tank hiding from the adults.

Today 4 months have passed and there are at least 100 fish swimming in my guppy tank.  There are all colors of fish swimming happily in the water and many are pregnant.  By Christmas I will most likely have to get another tank or find homes for some the fish in order for them to not run into each other as they swim.

Here is the proof part I told you I would reveal.

LIFE is the energy of abundance, of more.  Life always expands.  There is nothing that does not increase, that’s the principle of creation at it’s core.  Whatever is, expands.

Now when you place your attention by way of thoughts combined with emotions of what is.. you are working with the law of attraction to bring about more of it. It has to expand, that’s the principle of creation or the law of attraction.

The trick to working with the law of attraction to get what you want is to only pay attention to what you desire.  Each time you slip into doubt, fear, worry and stress you shift over to creating more of that.

Stay focused on what it is that you really do want.  Each time you move to what is that you don’t like or begin thinking about what might be that you don’t want.. go right back to your perfect creation inside your head.

That’s why you have imagination.. it’s the womb of creation.  Ideas placed here and thought about with passion communicate with Source bringing into form those very things.

There.. that’s the proof.  Life.. always.. expands.

No matter what it its.. it expands.  Your thoughts and passion help to bring the molecules together to form that which you are giving energy to.

Change what you give  your attention to.. and you have changed what IS… keep focused on that and it … will…. always… expand.

Thank you.. see the effect it has one water?  Now what are you mostly made of? Water.  Just think that if thinking thank you can do this to water what all the self talk going on in your head all day does to your body.

Dis-ease is the result of stress, worry, anger, fear.  It changes your body, physically changes your body.

Thank you, the power, energy of gratitude transforms your body and your world into beauty.  What you don’t really get most of the time is that well being, abundance, prosperity, is your natural state.  It’s what you intended to experience. You knew the law of attraction, the secret to all good things before you entered that body of yours. You knew that you had only to think with feeling and that which was thought and felt would show up. 

You knew this… but you forgot.

Now it’s time to remember again.  You’ve read the books, seen the movies, you’ve even followed teacher after teacher looking for the “answer” to your soul’s yearning.

The answer is within you, it’s always been there. Awaken the knowing of power that lies within you.  Awaken it and nurture it into full bloom.  Thoughts become things. The law of attraction does not bring about only those things that you think about that are pleasant, actually most people get the crap stuff quicker because they are more deeply emotionally attached to those things.

Now that you know that goodness is your natural state you have a few choices to make. Do you decide to impose a bit of discipline on your own mind or continue as you’ve been doing and creating what you’ve been creating?

The reason most people give up on law of attraction creation prinicples is they will not hold out and hold on long enough to change their habited beliefs and reactions to life. If you’ve ever quit smoking or any other habit you know that staying quit requires moment by moment decisions to act differently.  Eventually it becomes programmed into your subconsious and you don’t think about it anymore, it’s automatic.

Thus it is with all change.  Begin by getting into the energy of gratitude.  Say and think Thank You throughout the day.  Be thankful for every little thing that shows up in your life. Even the things you don’t want bring you a gift, they help you know what you do want by showing you the unwanted.

Thank you transforms thinking, the cells of your body, your life, and the world. Be aware of the power of thank you.  Tell people thank you who offer you any kindness.  Watch as it transforms the energy between you.

Thank you is a power creative power, use it often and transform your life.

As a coach I am asked all the time how to get more money? How do I allow, create, bring about more money in my life?

I ask each time, “do you tithe’”?  The answer is just about always a resounding no with a qualifier.. , when I get more money, when I get my bills paid, when I’m wealthy.. etc etc.

Tithing goes back to the beginning of man’s history.  People throughout times have known and understand something that a lot of folks today just don’t get.  Abundance is a NATURAL FLOW>>>>> get the flow part.

Most people will share their time, their opinions.. lol unwanted quite often too.. , but they will not share their MONEY>

Money is what people want but they will not open the door of blessings and let money flow as it’s intended to flow.  Money is energy, it needs to flow.. that’s what energy does.. it’s alive, it moves.. it transforms.

Now you sit there with your little bit of money and don’t trust the Universal Source enough to give any of your money to those who bless you.  I know a lot of folks think tithing is just about church and religion and are resistant to the idea.

That’s old programming that keeps you in the poor house. Tithing isn’t about church and religion, it’s about trust. 

Think for a moment about all the things that flow in and through your life.  You don’t have to ask for air, water, friendship.  Your life is open to these things. You understand that breathing is natural, if you want a friend you gotta be a friend.

It’s the trying to hold onto your money that keeps it from flowing in your life as easily as it was intended. 

Try this.. find someone who really blesses you.. give them a few bucks.  Do it with love and acceptance that prosperity is natural.  It’s natural to share to be a part of the energy of abundance.

Don’t do it just to get more back, do it so you can exercise your giving and faith muscles. They’ve become small due to lack of exercise.

The other day I placed an order for a wireless router. 

It’s on the way to my home now.  I know this because I ordered it and paid for it.  I also got an email telling me it was shipped.

I expect it in a few days, don’t know exactly when, but I know it’s on the way.

How is this related to the law of attraction?

Easy… now, let me tell you the process and how it’s similar.

When I realized that I had use of a new wireless router and would really like to have a new one I spent time online researching what type was best for my needs.  My daughter and I both want to be online at the same time and we both stream a lot..

I looked at pictures and read a lot of information about different types of routers.  I even asked a few people I knew to tell me their opinions.  This was the process of my getting clear about what I really wanted.  I didn’t just jump online and order the first router I saw, I thought it through and picked one that really fit my needs.

After I had made my decision I simply ordered what I wanted.  I know it’s on the way to me.  I ordered and trust that it is moving towards me even though I don’t see it.  I trust that what I order will arrive.

Now for the law of attraction part. 

It’s very important that you take the time to do a bit of research.. the getting clear aspect of working with creative principles.  The more clear you are the easier it is for your order to arrive. 

Just as I wouldn’t go online to shop and just start clicking “buy it” and expect people to figure out what I wanted, I know that with the law of attraction I need to know what I want with clarity of vision and purpose.

Understand why you really want something.  Watch your children as they use the process of getting what they want.  They KNOW why they want it.  They are a perfect teacher of how to use the law of attraction naturally, they get the concept.

After you decide what you want.. place your order.  When you can line up your what, with the why.. and the feeling of having it.. then you just simply trust that it’s on the way to you right now.

Be open to “tracking updates” from the Universe too.  These will appear as smaller versions of what you ordered letting you know that the big package has been shipped seperatly … and is well on it’s way.

The law of attraction is always working , all the time for everyone.  Keep it simple and fun.

Law of attraction for parents and children

Remember when you were little? You naturally knew all about the law of attraction... you knew that all you had to do was be the magic that you were.

Life sometimes beats it out of people as they grow older, telling them to let go of foolish thoughts and ideas.  Life has a way of reproducing itself and creating more that looks, acts and feels just like what's gone on before.  This is the way it works.  That's the process by which we forget.

Our parents didn't know that the magic had been talked out of their daily expressions, they just thought this was the way you raised children.  They thought that teaching you to understand and accept "reality" was for your own good.  They were preparing you for life and it's many hardships.  This is what their loving parents had taught them as well.. they were just passing along what they believed to be true.

YOU have a new choice that can change the life of yourself and your children.  Things are shifting, people are experiencing a reawakening of hope, new beliefs are taking the place of hopelessness and fear.

You are the creative principle

The law of attraction is a popular term used to describe something far deeper than what appears on the surface. If you scratch beyond surface of the teachings of law of attraction you will find what's really being discussed is the creative principle, that energy and power which is used to draw into physical experience. Shamans and spiritual healers have known for centuries that our lives are the results of all the thoughts and feelings combined with experiences over the lifetime of each unique human being.

The holy books teach us that we're all created in the image and likeness of GOD. Most people truly do not understand a statement. Being created in the image and likeness of GOD means you're being endowed with the same creative power to call into being simply by putting your focus on what you would like to experience combined with passion. This is not a state that you have to work towards, it is who and what you are. It is your natural state to be a powerful creator. You do it automatically and have been doing it since birth.

Who you are right now is the result of all feelings and experiences you've had in your life. If you continue to think as you have to this point, then you will continue to create very similar experience for yourself. You believe yourself and your life to be a certain way therefore it is.

Let's take the word belief and describe what it really means. To believe something is to firmly hold onto an idea or experience as something unwavering and real. Whatever it is that you choose to believe you will hold onto with all the strength available to you rather than letting go and thinking anything different.

Where you stand in believing is the point from where you create everything you experience. It is a circle of power you've drawn around yourself , and the energy with which new creating is formed based on those very beliefs. Beliefs are very strongly held thoughts , habits of thinking and expecting based on years of experience,it is both a physical and mental exercise. One set of beliefs is no less a real than another set of beliefs. This planet is filled with millions of people each holding a slightly different belief. Each person interacts with their beliefs from their personal experience with them. In this regard all beliefs are personal.

Your personal beliefs are the vantage point from which you create and attract new or similar experiences to interact with. Most people are so steeped in their personal belief about how life is that they put their life on automatic and experiences play over and over again as though they had no control of what is happening to them. As a powerful creator whatever you are holding in your heart, by way of a strong and passionate feeling you will continue to draw to yourself repeatedly. Only by waiting go of the present thoughts that you are giving all your attention to and allowing new thoughts and feelings to replace, will you attract anything different into your life. If you will understand that your belief system; the series of things that you hold tightly as true or ground zero within your creative process;are the creative factor, you can then begin releasing expectations which do not serve you.

I learned a long time ago that once I have done all I can do it’s time to let go and let GOD and the saying goes.
I really do enjoy helping people be well and successful and do all I can to be of service. I write, do podcasts, a radio show, ebooks, classes.. I hold each person in the light each and every day that you will feel the tug of Spirit and move into the expression of your highest self.
I love teaching and helping, I’ve done it since I was a little girl. It thrills me to be of service to another and help them along their path.
Through coaching and healing I have had the joy of people experiencing healing of body, mind and spirit. That’s so incredible. It keeps me so delighted with how wonderful we are.. so powerful.. and more often than not.. so ignorant to that wonder and power.
That’s where I come in.. I remind you of your wonder and power.. to be, have, do.. whatever you can imagine.
You have no idea of how many hours I am online and on the phone each week sharing with others the good news of their power to heal and create. I love it.. I really do.

Years ago while reading yet another self help book I cried out to Spirit asking what now? What do I do? How do I change my life? How can I make it better?
I heard a little giggle.. and a voice that said, "Donna stop all your reading and just apply what you’ve already learned. ".
I remembered a verse in the Bible.. "ever learning and never coming to the understanding of the truth". That got my attention.. I began right then and there applying all the wonderful knowledge that I had gleaned over the years.. and you know what happened?????
MY LIFE CHANGED!
That’s why I teach, coach and write.. I want you to understand that it’s time to APPLY what you’ve learned. Knowledge is not power.. it’s only potential power.. it must be applied.. become wisdom to have any power over you. If knowledge itself were power all the books in the world would take over..
It’s time for you to apply.. knowledge.. to BEcome all that you’ve dreamed, hoped for, wished for..

What does it take to get you to take action

How hard does your life have to get before you take actions to change the things you do or the way you do things?

For most people things have to get pretty darned hard and even then they will play the blame game and change nothing, unless you count adding more people to blame for their failures.

With all the talk about the law of attraction since "The Secret" came out people are running hot and cold with the principles of the law of attraction. They either love it and know it works or bad mouth the creative principles and new age mumbo jumbo.

The ones who think it's mumbo jumbo are the ones who haven't really heard the message, haven't understood the teachings of law of attraction.

They are the people who think you can sit on your couch watching TV and wanting someone to knock on the door with a great big check.  It doesn't work that way folks.  It just doesn't.  Now I know there are people who have won the lottery, and some have even had a knock on the door with a check being on the other side... but most of those folks really believed they would win.  They did their part in the process.

It is a process.. thinking, believing... and ACTION>>>

The thinking you do.. believing.. then you act on the inspiration..

Problem with most folks is that they spend far more time thinking and feeling about what they don't want that they already have than they do feeling for what is wanted.

Remember when you were a little kid and you really wanted that new bike or doll?  Remember the delight of imagining that you were riding the bike down the road for everyone to see or holding the baby doll in your arms?

That's the feeling I'm talking about.  Be as a little child.. the faith..the believing of a little child how desires a new bike or doll.  It's not about the wanting.. pulling it to you.. creating it with your thought.. before you finish asking it's already yours.... it's about believing that it's yours..

There is a big difference in that energy.. you can feel it..

Today.. feel what you are desiring to experience.  Close your eyes and imagine yourself in the very situation you desire.. now cultivate that feeling.. and give thanks.. that it's already yours..

Fear plays a powerful role in life

Fear can be a very powerful emotion able to create words hatred and even extreme violence. We've seen this played out throughout the history of mankind as war after war has consumed lives across the face of our beautiful planet. This type of fear is easily recognized by most people as it is closely related to hatred. Fear is triggered by a chemical reaction inside the human body related to the fight or flight reflex. This fight or flight reflex served us well when we had to run from wild animals or fight for our lives. In our present day society, especially here in America, we do not have to run from wild animals or fight neighboring tribesmen for our lives and food, but we do experience the fight or fight reflex due to the stress that we heap upon ourselves like a giant mountain. Stress and all the equally damaging emotions like fear, hatred, resentment, low self esteem are directly related to disease of the physical body and to the emotions.
